8th Shot
I have decided to use the photographs of the sunglasses and the umbrella from the previous shot as my final objects. I needed to photograph one more object, in the end I decided to photograph coat hangers as I had a lot of these at home. Doing this project made me realise photographing these objects weren’t hard, but it is how you photograph it is the key to obtaining good quality images for this project. I tried many arrangements for photographing the coat hangers, most of them turned out quite average but there were some that turned out quite good, and could be used as finals. There were two really good images that I got from this shot, one of them I photographed from the side of a coat hangers piled up and another shot is of two hangers arranged in a way that made the shadow produced look like a heart shape, therefore I decided to use a red filtered light to emphasize the romance that the goat hangers created.
P.S. The contact sheet that has bigger images is the photographs that turned out the best from the overall shot. These could be considered for finals for the final presentation.
